No noise, no fluff — just the events and activities that matter, every week, so you never miss a thing.

  • 🦪 The Besy of Hudson Valley Restaurant Week

  • 🎟️ A Tony Award-Winning Musical Comes to White Plains

  • 🎤 Melissa Etheridge in Port Chester Tonight

  • 🍺 Beer & Bonsai at Bonsaibar ft. Captain Lawrence

Melissa Etheridge is bringing her signature rasp and decades of boundary-pushing rock to Westchester. Expect raw lyrics, powerhouse vocals, and a night of music from a true icon.

🌟 Restaurant of the Week 🌟

With Hudson Valley Restaurant Week coming to a close, if Goosefeather isn’t on your list yet, it should be! Inside the historic King Mansion at the Tarrytown House Estate, Top Chef alum Dale Talde serves up bold, seasonal takes on Hong Kong-style dishes.

Highlights include crispy shrimp bao with pickled daikon and General Tso’s sauce, wok-roasted scallops, and kung pao wings with buttermilk dill ranch. The cocktails are just as sharp, with creative riffs on Asian spirits — and here’s a pro tip: don’t skip the scallion pancakes.

With warmer weather just around the corner (we hope!), the patio is one of the best seats in Westchester — perfect for soaking up long summer evenings over a round of signature Asian cocktails.

Adult Events

🍽️ Hudson Valley Restaurant Week | Various Locations | Hudson Valley | More
Hudson Valley Restaurant Week is back, and it’s basically an excuse to eat your way through the best spots in the area. Dozens of restaurants are rolling out special prix-fixe menus, which means it’s the perfect time to try out some new stuff. My must-hits are Frankie & Fanucci’s in downtown Mamaroneck and Moderne Barn in Armonk.

🍺 Captain Lawrence x Bonsaibar Experience | Bonsaibar | White Plains | 4/11 | More
I’ve personally had my eye on this one — because honestly, what’s not to love about a local craft beer and tiny, artsy trees? At this beginner-friendly bonsai workshop, you’ll pot, prune, and design your own bonsai while picking up the basics in a fun, laid-back setting. Bring a friend and make a night of it. 🎬 Barry Lyndon | Jacob Burns Film Center | Pleasantville | 4/13 | More
I’ll admit it: I’m more of a The Shining guy when it comes to Kubrick. But seeing Barry Lyndon on the big screen? That’s hard to pass up. If you haven’t seen it before, get ready for a slow-burn epic — ambition, betrayal, and classic Kubric visuals that are best viewed outside the living room TV.
