Read on for everything worth doing in Westchester this Memorial Day weekend.

Featured in this Weekly:

  • 🇺🇸 Memorial Day Festivities and Memorials

  • 🛝 Playland Park Opens for the Season

  • 🔥 A BBQ Festival to Celebrate Summer

  • 🥾 Quick and Easy Hikes to Get Your Body Moving

🌟 Restaurant of the Week 🌟

Enjoy the fine bites, drinks, and sweets of perhaps the crown jewel of Westchester’s Persian food scene.

Medi Bistro (White Plains)
Medi Bistro’s a great spot if you’re in the mood for Mediterranean or Persian food. The lamb shank and shrimp kabobs are especially good, and the rice and stews have a ton of flavor. It’s a nice place to split a few dishes, and the cocktails and desserts (get the baklava or Persian ice cream) are solid. Chill vibe, good service — definitely worth checking out.

Know anyone in Armonk, Bedford, Briarcliff Manor, Cortlandt, Chappaqua, Katonah, Ossining, Mount Kisco, Scarsdale, Tarrytown, Thornwood, Valhalla, Yonkers, or Yorktown?

All of their happy customers from the last few days.

Between the pollen, the mildew, and whatever that green stuff is on your siding… your house could probably use a rinse.

That’s why Ann G. in Valhalla chose Rolling Suds last week and gave a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ rating and said, “The guys were great to work with… looking forward to working with you in the future”.

Now Rolling Suds is offering $100 off house washes in the month of May exclusively for Westchester Weekly readers.

No pressure (well, actually, a bit of pressure — but only for the toughest stains).
